• Risa: The pleasure planet of the quadrant, Risa is a lush resort world with perfect weather, extravagant scenery, and a very accommodating native populace. Risa orbits twin stars and is orbited by two moons, so the skyscapes are breathtaking. Risa boasts the most sophisticated weather control system in the Federation, which makes its year-round perfect weather possible. Suraya Bay is renowned for its warm crystal blue water and perfect beaches.
• Vulcan: Vulcan was one of the founding members of the Federation. Well-known for the logical control of their emotions, the Vulcans are great scientists, as well as accomplished artists and musicians. Vulcan is an arid planet with a lifestyle and native flora and fauna typical of hot, dry climates. ShiKahr, the ancestral home of Ambassador Spock's family, is a beautiful city located near the desert known as Vulcan's Forge and not far from the L-langon Mountains. Crossing the Forge and surviving in the L-langon Mountains is the traditional test of a young Vulcan's coming of age. Travelers who have a taste for adventure can attempt the kahs-wan - with an experienced guide, of course.
• Ardana: A long-time member of the Federation, Ardana is the only planet known to mine zenite, a primary component for a plague vaccine. This monopoly has made Ardana a very wealthy planet. One of the visible luxuries of this vast wealth is the capital city, Stratos, which literally floats in the clouds. The city is levitated by the finest example of full-time anti-gravity engineering in the galaxy. The city was built approximately 1,000 years ago. While Ardana is a rather plain planet, Stratos is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The city is tranquil, is widely known for its art and culture, and is the ultimate example of a luxury lifestyle. Spending a few days in Stratos will spoil you for any other locale.
• Betazed: Betazed is the homeworld of the Betazoid race, known for their telepathic abilities. It is an important member of the Federation and its society is matriarchal in nature. Betazed is much like Earth, with large crystal blue oceans and might mountain ranges that host many magnificent natural waterfalls. The University of Betazed is highly regarded throughout the quadrant. Lake El-Nar is a perfect venue for some relaxing "down time", while the area around Janaran Falls provides scenic wonder and an opportunity for some vigorous mountain hiking.
• Beta Lyrae: Beta Lyrae is one of the most breathtaking and awesome scenic wonders in the known galaxy. It is an area that is packed with multitudes of giant red and yellow stars, blue and white dwarf stars, and dozens of gaseous spacial clouds and nebulas. It is such a rare and beautiful site that almost every starship that passes within a reasonable distance makes a side trip to stop and view it. On our tour, Beta Lyrae is the primary destination. We will stop at various planets along the way, but this area is the reason for the tour. Bring your cameras!!
